I wasn't 100% sure where you are working now (is it the big 4 consulting firm?) but it sounds like you currently have 5 years of experience, which is a bit on the older end but not too far out of range. Most top schools are looking for applicants with 3-5 years upon matriculation & if you apply this fall you'll be at 6 by the time you start next year. Your GPA & GMAT are solid for these schools and, assuming you've driven significant accomplishments at work, you'll have a shot at them. But these are among the best schools in the world, so there is definitely no guarantee. You've got the numbers, but given the existing Masters (which makes it a little bit harder to argue that you still need the MBA) & your age a lot is going to rest on the strength of your essays & the accomplishments you can highlight on your resume as well as how you talk about your post-MBA goals (e.g. the unique impact you plan to have, why this is your passion, etc). I think you have a shot at it for sure though!
If you need help thinking through your strategy & your story definitely reach out to us. If you email Claudia at
