I would really appreciate a profile evaluation.
Background: Indian
Age 24, Male
Education: B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering, NIT Jaipur GPA: 7.58/10
Graduation: 2018
10th: CBSE 96.2%
12th: CBSE 96.6%
GMAT: Planned in July 2021
Work experience: 3 months of a summer internship at Wipro digital.
34 months of experience working at Fidelity investments.
Joined as Executive Graduate Trainee.
-Worked on different projects in different business areas such as TAX, brokerage etc.
-I currently work as a Software Engineer helping migrate the legacy infra to the latest tech stack.
-Lead the a team of interns working on various projects related to the organization.
Extracurricular activities: 1) Captain of the college badminton team. A sports enthusiast who regularly participates in different sports competition.
2) Organising hackathons and other similar events during my college days as well as in the office.
Things I like to do: Badminton, Football.
Post-MBA goals: To work in a Management consulting/ Tech
What more should I focus on my profile to increase my chances?

Most parts of the profile look decent, but some are missing information.
Let us do a quick recap
1. Academics- past scores look good and show potential for a high GMAT score, aim for 720+ if possible.
2. Work ex- while fits the bill in terms of years, the software experience means you will have to work doubly hard to stand out. Now you can stand out via a higher GMAT score, better quality of work ex (A.K.A. career progress, accomplishments and impact on your business or that of the client) or via diversity (A.K.A. extracurricular activities)
3. Diversity - on paper looks low due to IIM background (IIM = Indian IT Male
) but can be helped via stellar extracurricular activities. A good extracurricular activity must be a) Serious (show positive impact on someone's life, that someone can be you as well) b) Long term impact (if it is something you did 5 years back and never again, it loses weight. That is why most school/university activities do not add much weight)
4. Career Goals- Goals stated look clear and fancy, make sure you back it up with why you want to make this change and why you will be successful in doing so.
As you can see except academics, all the factors mentioned are subjective and need to be brought out via a strong narrative in the essays.
