Typically, there are two factors that offer signals to adcom members:
1) How difficult is it to get into the company you worked with? This is an indirect signal that you are a more competitive applicant. (BCG, Bain and Google would score highly here.)
2) What kind of exposure are you able to get at your workplace - in terms of diversity of projects, global exposure, business exposure, etc. Here too, BCG and Bain are likely to score higher. Google - may or may not.
There is one other aspect that matters - which is how well have you don't at your work place. Given that all applicants are high performers, you can assume that the company name itself might not be a differentiator here.
So overall, I think you may face a disadvantage. But this is nothing you can work on at this point. The best you can do is to put forward the best application possible - by way of GMAT performace, and essays.
