Last situational question: Friday , weekend about to start, you have already made plans for a short trip during the weekend, but boss gives you work that would require you to work during the weekend

No, Invites are based on the evaluation the Ad Com does on your preliminarily application.

Hi

Does any one who has already applied, can help me with understanding how long the entire WES process take? I have everything ready as well as the unofficial transcript, but the adcom team has asked for WES report only.

From what I read on the internet, it takes 30-45 days, can I ask the adcom team to consider unofficial transcript while the wes process is happening in the backgroud.

I am based out of India, btw

I have been admitted to the program, however, I used notarized copies of the transcript. Unfortunately, have no idea about WES as it is generally not needed for applying.

The interview was very friendly, the goal is really for them to get to know you and understand your ambitions and all. I was very stressed and prepared for really difficult questions but it went smooth and it felt more like a conversation rather than an interview. I hope this helps.
