Hey, I completed my application and was invited for an Interview. There is no list of specific questions out there, prepare for behavioral questions and have your stories ready.

Hi All, New to the Queen's MBA forum.

I am planning to apply this year.

Profile: BTech(India) Computer Science, WE of 28 months as SDE - 2 at American Airlines, GRE 324( Q166, V158).

Going through the thread, I noticed that a lot of you have been offered scholarships by the college. How does my profile match up for the same and what is the range of scholarships that are offered?

My interview was quite conversational. Below was the flow:

Introduction > Why MBA > Why Canada > Post MBA goals > Which other B-schools are you applying to > Rotman vs Smith debate > Behavioral questions (1) Describe a situation when you led a team (2) Examples of your team experience (3) Describe a situation when you had a conflict at work and how did you resolve > Any questions that you have for the adcom

The interview was taken by 2 people - one from the Admissions Committee and one from the career services team. The duration can vary from 45 - 60 mins. For me, it lasted for 60 minutes.

Had my video assessments 2 days ago which went well. I have my interview scheduled for June 15th. I believe everyone gets an interview because in the email chain, my application advisor sent me the email for the video assessment and then said 'when you finish the assessment, we'll schedule your interview'.

Assessment questions:

1. What are you looking for in your career? How will our program help you?
2. If you you could change anything about yourself, what would it be and why? (written)
3. It's 4:30pm on a Friday and you've made previous plans for the weekend. Your manager requests you to complete last minute work for Monday morning which will take no more than 6-8 hours. How do you respond and why?
