For sure! 
I have 3.5 years of experience in a Data Management capacity in an Information Services company. I am looking to transition into consulting post-MBA. I had GMAT score of 690. The application experience was by far the best out of all the schools I applied to. The program is known for its coaching and career services, and you can really see evidence of that just from their application process. They will assist you through each step and show you why you should pick Queens, rather than the application process of most other schools where they expect the student to convince them to give them an acceptance.

I completed my GMAT score well in advance so I did not seek a GMAT waiver. My GMAT score sat at 690. Ofcourse different individuals may need different scores depending on their overall profile and representation. I did receive a scholarship that covers roughly 25% of costs.

KIRA was very straight forward, truly no need to worry at all. They were general behaviour questions that would be asked in an interview such as "describe a time where you solved a problem for your team" and the written component was similar as well. It is more so a test of being able to remain presentable and communicate effectively in a time constraint. It happens very fast so you don't really have time to discuss anything at a deep level.

The actual interview is a very pleasant experience. Rather than a lot of questions, it will be more of a friendly conversation. Expect general MBA questions such as "Walk me through your resume", "describe your motivations/why MBA", "Why Smith" and then you will be asked questions that are particular to your profile such as your job function or anything else that stands out. You will also hear about the excellent services that Smith provides its students, so it is also a learning experience. Beyond that, a few behavioural questions can be expected as well such as "What is your greatest accomplishment" or "What was your greatest failure"

Basically, it goes as very other MBA interview goes. Nothing comes as an unexpected surprise.

I have just accepted an admit for PhD in Management at Smith starting fall (Aug) 2025. I understand this may not be the right forum for PhD students but I couldn't find the right forum. I am looking to find groups of incoming Indian students to see possibility of house sharing and so on. Would highly appreciate any suggestions.

Hey all,

I had a few meetings with the staff at the department. I asked about any incoming student's groups. They informed that by april or may they will make group of incoming students on LinkedIn. Until then we can share our whatsapp numbers on DMs to keep in touch.
