KIRA was very straight forward, truly no need to worry at all. They were general behaviour questions that would be asked in an interview such as "describe a time where you solved a problem for your team" and the written component was similar as well. It is more so a test of being able to remain presentable and communicate effectively in a time constraint. It happens very fast so you don't really have time to discuss anything at a deep level.
The actual interview is a very pleasant experience. Rather than a lot of questions, it will be more of a friendly conversation. Expect general MBA questions such as "Walk me through your resume", "describe your motivations/why MBA", "Why Smith" and then you will be asked questions that are particular to your profile such as your job function or anything else that stands out. You will also hear about the excellent services that Smith provides its students, so it is also a learning experience. Beyond that, a few behavioural questions can be expected as well such as "What is your greatest accomplishment" or "What was your greatest failure"
Basically, it goes as very other MBA interview goes. Nothing comes as an unexpected surprise.

Hello everyone,
I just received my acceptance offer for the Queens Smith FT MBA for the 2026 January intake, Class of 2027.
Feel free to ask any questions that you may have.
If there is a groupchat for this cohort, feel free to share. If there is not, we can certainly create one.
Hi,
Congratulations on receiving your offer, could you please provide some insights into your KIRA video and written questions and what were the questions asked in the in person interview?
