I would start narrowing down your school selection by looking at the student profiles to determine where you fall based on average GMAT and academic performances.
Programs like HBS, Chicago and MIT are “reach schools” for most candidates so you should balance that with programs in the top 10-20, like Emory.
It will be extremely important for you to differentiate yourself by creating a strong application story. I would want to better understand what leadership experiences you've had to date. This should be focused on your professional career as well as any extracurriculars in which you've played a management or leadership role. You'll also want to spend a lot of time thinking about your long-term career goals, this is a major area of differentiation that people often overlook.
