Work Experience:
(A) 1 year of work experience with KPMG India in the field of Indirect Taxation.
-basically managed compliance and advisory for the clients in the field of Service Tax
- Received Rising Star Award within six months of joining the organization
-Led various CSR initiatives for the Organization
(B)1.5 years of work experience in the family business
-understood various intricacies involved in managing your own Business
-helped in setting up the International trade (export division for agro products)
-currently heading a team of 5 people and managing logistics, compliance and banking and business development
Education:
- Bachelors in Commerce from one the best colleges in India with 79%
->held various leadership/managerial positions in the college
- Class XII: 96.2%
-->secured 99% in Mathematics and 98 in Business studies
- Class X: 91%
--> Secured 100% marks in Mathematics
Extra-curriculars:
- Tutored under-privileged kids in the slum areas
-took part in rural sensitization program to highlight the problems faced by people in rural areas

Well I always recommend having all of your info ready when asking for an eval because it is not as valuable otherwise especially without your GMAT.
Questions:
1. How does my profile currently fare compared to the competition? Do you only have 2.5yrs of WE that is what jumped out to me, especially only 1 outside of your family business, good GPA, need GMAT to really confirm aptitude, so you will be viewed as a bit inexperienced
2. What all things should be done to provide an extra-edge to my profile? Perform well on GMAT, get more work experience, have top flight reccs, and write breakthrough essays
3. is having 15 years of education a hindrance in getting admitted in top 15 universities in USA? NO
4. anything else i can do to improve my profile
