Linkedin Profile:
https://www.linkedin.com/in/arunkumar-m ... ab_profileI took my GMAT on September 10th,2016 and Scored a 720 ( IR 7, Q 49, V 38) 94th percentile.
My Target Schools and Programs are:
1) Chicago Booth Full Time / Weekend
2) Kellogg Full Time/ Weekend
3) Stanford MSX program
4) Wharton FT MBA
5) IIM A PGPX
My Questions:
1) I have a sub par GPA (3.0/4) in my Engineering, but I have an upward trend in my Scores. Saying that, Should I retake my GMAT and try to score higher to improve my chances of admission?
2) I am currently 33 years old and I do see that there are few students in my age group in these programs ( Chicago FT and Kellogg FT). Do you think my age is a negative factor? If yes then how to circumvent it?
3) Since I have been a Consultant all through my career and love to travel, I never worked for one single organization for a long time. Even though, I have done Project Management, My designation has been mostly BI consultant and presently BI Architect. I see that B SCHOOLS try to look at career progress. How can I justify my history?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Arun
