Hi,
Anjoom,
Thank you for your post!
First, I would like to say backing a 710 in your GMAT; that's quite good! Also, you have a good amount of experience; that's definitely a plus point! Then, coming to your GPA, I would suggest adding more about your overall statistics and giving you brief information about any additional courses, certifications, and academic accolades to help you balance your academic front.
Coming to your work experience, since you worked in different startups, I would suggest highlighting your roles & responsibilities, critical projects, and any international experience and back them up with substantial examples of leadership, excellence in the field, briefing about promotions/professional accolades, and decision-making in your long tenure.
Most of your ECAs are at the college level; you need some recent ones, and even some interesting hobbies will do. It would help explore new horizons to help start an interesting conversation with the adcom! Then, give a brief account of your contribution, the challenges faced, leadership roles played, the impact generated, and the relevant skills developed through your ECAs so that it doesn't sound just like participation! Furthermore, I would suggest you add a relevant post-MBA goal and define both in terms of short-term and long-term goals and convince the admission committee that your future goals are relevant and bring about
Collinearity in your post-MBA goals.
Overall, you have a decent profile; being a non-engineer, score extra points for diversity. You have a decent GMAT score of 710 for the schools you have mentioned. Therefore, I suggest focusing on the application. Furthermore, you have to be clear about why you want to pursue an MBA from the target school and how it will help you reach your goals & aspirations. Since you are targeting round 1, I suggest you go through our blog on
