Fuqua 100%. I interned at and will be joining an Energy LDP full-time this fall. Everyone else in my cohort went to an M7 program. You're regionally agnostic and did not receive money from the other programs - so it's tough to justify attending the other two schools. You will have the same, if not more opportunities in Energy so long as you indicate interest. And when it comes to contingency plans, you'll be much better off at Fuqua.

Edit - On a second read-through, it appears that you are still shortlisting schools. In that case it would come down to money. I would take Fuqua over the other two at 50%+ scholarship.
