In the employment section of the application, for my employer's contact phone number, is it alright to provide the phone number for the third party that handles my company's employment verification? My company does not verify employment (HR policy) instead it outsources it to another company. The only company phone number I have is a customer service line, there's no way for an external party to contact HR. Or should I just provide this generic number and when Ross can't verify my employment, wait for them to contact me and I'll explain what I just did now?
I just gave a generic number that probably goes to Security. If they've gotten to the point where they're verifying your employment, a bad phone number probably isn't going to hurt you.

I think stuff like this is fairly common. In my case, the verification agency simply emailed me for clarification on something and I got verified a short while later. A slight hassle, but nothing I would worry about. Good luck and I look forward to seeing some of you in A^2 next year.
Have applied in for Round 1 - just for my sheer passion for Ross as a school, although i dont have any clue how I would be funding my MBA if I get through Ross
Last year the first interview invite was reported on 10/23. Round 1 was due on 10/10, so approximately 2 weeks after the round 1 due date.
Applying that to this year, looks like we still have a week to wait for any movement. However, as we say in the investment industry, past performance is no indication of future events.

wooh, what co-incidence... I had just opened the Ross 2015 discussion thread and then was about to post the same information what you posted. Even all my eyes are on Ross's interview now!
Finally, we’re looking forward to starting our series of team-based exercises at the end of the month. The team is in the process of doing our first reviews of Round 1 apps. We plan to get all interview invitations out by October 21 (except for Consortium, which will go out separately, after we receive your applications from the Consortium). All on-campus interviews will be conducted on Mondays and Fridays as they have historically been the most popular days for visits and interviews. (The Visit in Person program will still run every weekday). Off-campus interviews can be conducted any day that works for you and your interviewer. All Round 1 interviews will be completed by November 29.
