Hello hijules29 , hope you have been well
I would say any B school that you target would be within your reach. A 730+ score on GMAT can set you up for success in receiving scholarships from all your target schools.
Impressive ECs and leadership qualities!
For your post-MBA goals, I suggest you show some deeper research into the prospects and play on your strengths. You have a strong background in process design and technology, therefore, supply chain network design or supply chain product design could be an interesting fit for your background at global tech companies such as Walmart, Amazon or even at upcoming E-commerce startups all over the globe. Indonesia has emerged as one of the biggest startup scenes in this century, perhaps you may have goals around joining the tech revolution in your home country in the long term. Deliberate on your post MBA goals keeping in mind what possible career tracks in the short/mid term could help you attain your long-term vision. Do not shy away from laying down your thought process on your career goals in the essays and present alternative to your most preferred career objective.

First, I would like to say that you do have a robust profile in terms of work experience, ECAs, and Hobbies, so kudos for that! Now coming to your Work experience, you do have a good amount of work experience. Also, I like that you have quantized your relevant projects and would suggest the same for your tenure in Accenture. Moreover, I would like you to mention the reason for switching your job, the difference in your roles & responsibilities, projects, and working environment. You do have a technical background and have worked in technical roles; hence your post-MBA goals also definitely align with your previous experiences.
You do have fabulous ECAs; all you need to do is magnify the impact! Mention all the challenges faced as a volunteer, highlight leadership examples, the skill-set developed, and highlight the magnitude of the impact created. This would provide a major overall boost to your profile., Also, I would like you to mention that winning a silver medal is definitely worth highlighting since it's not about the achievement but your strong character!
Regarding your GMAT, I suggest you take the test and try to score 720+. If the school announced the GMAT waiver, you must be able to demonstrate the ability to handle the rigorous nature of the MBA Program. However, I would suggest you read all the information regarding the ROSS GMAT waiver before applying. Here is an article you can refer to-
Ross MBA GMAT waiver- All you need to know.This would most certainly help clear any doubts and at the same time help understand all about Ross GMAT waiver! Recently we have helped one of our candidates to get into Ross and McCombs with a GMAT test waiver.
For Tepper, they enroll candidates from a variety of backgrounds & passions, and you may face a bit of competition coming from a general background. However, that's something we can easily fix by tuning your essays to mesmerize the adcom and building an overall robust profile!
All in all, you do have a strong professional foundation and have enough experience working in tech, which definitely aligns with your post-MBA goals. You just need to demonstrate your true potential to apply for a GMAT Waiver and align your profile with the School values to drive an impact with the adcom.

I would appreciate if someone can evaluate my profile for Michigan Ross MBA.
Background - Indian, Male, 28
GMAT - 710 (Q47, V40, IR 8)
Educational Background - Chartered Accountant (Cleared all levels in first attempt) - Equivalent to US CPA
Total Work experience - 6.5 Years
Job 1 - Risk consulting in one of big 4s (Associate consultant & Consultant) - 2.5 Years
Conducting consulting engagements for clients in Oil & Gas Industry in India & Malaysia to identify the revenue leakages, supply chain efficiency, Sales & Marketing spends effectiveness, Logistics cost control. Also operated Program Management Office for Largest Tree Plantation drive by forest department (~5 crore saplings were planted in 24 hours) of one of the states in India (Appointed as consultant by Guiness Book of Records)
Job 2 - Management Consulting in Boutique consulting firm based out of Mumbai – 3 Years
Reason for change - Wanted to work in space which would have greater impact on business and which would give me multiple opportunities to enhance my problem solving skills.
Key projects include -
Project 1 - Worked in Founder's office of a unicorn startup operating in cab business. Improved driver partner experience on the platform by 30 points. Solved various issues faced by partners by implementing new payment gateway options, revising business policies, etc.
Project 2 - Worked with a real estate company. Helped client to improve sales by 33% Month on month in the sustenance projects by strategizing and implementing various initiatives.
Project 3 – Worked for the Pharma company to help the client reduce the market expiry of the products. Optimized supply chain to reduce market expiry from 3% to 1%
Project 4 – Estimated Market size and growth for the diagnostics company.
Project 5 – Provided Go – No go decision to the Chemical company for launching novel chemical to treat waste water.
Job 3 – Management Consulting in Big 4 (Ongoing) – 8 months so far
Project 1 – Customer experience improvement by digital transformation of the complete customer journey for the Automotive OEM in India.
