From what I know, it's Niki who calls or emails you to let you know of the adcom's decision, but correct me if I'm wrong. If I'm right though, it suggests that Niki is still going through the different piles of red folders from each member of the team, which could mean that she hasn't gotten to Lynda's pile yet. That's my two cents. Anyway, one more day until the decision deadline. Good luck to those still waiting!

Has there been a communication from Rotman that 21st is the decision date ?

yea.. i asked Lynda during my interview as to when should i be hearing from her again. She said 21st. Pretty specific on that. Indian applicant from Delhi ! so i guess pretty much 24 hours of suspense left at max or we are dinged already.
