It's C .
because we are comparing women working "in hungary" to others "in europe"..so the first choice would be A or C. We are not comapring women in europe to hungary. so B D E are ruled out.
Next, women cant take "which" it's inappropriate. So the ans is C .
Pls correct me if im wrong!!!!

I understand the comparison part.....but i was very confused between C and D.....if D is wrong than the question that I have is that the sentence has...
......., an overwhelming proportion of women works,....
"proportion of women" is singular and so we need "works"?? can someone please comment on this....what am I missing here?
