A is out for - out of which, - which is reffered to things not to people.
B is out for women works
C- correct .
D, E - in Hungary can not be "like muсh of Europe" it is nonsense.

like is used to compare nouns.

As is used to compare clauses.

Having said that- im now confused!
something "in hungary" is compared to "much of eastern europe". Does that become a clause?

If so C is the obvious choice.
