Schulich KIRA video assessment questions and written essay

These were the practice questions:
Vid qs 1: If you found out that your classmate was cheating on a test, what would you do?
Vid qs 2: If you have to share a lunch with one person, who would that be and why?
Vid qs 3: If you have one superpower, what would that be and why?
Written qs 1: If time and money were no problem, what would you do?
Written qs 2: Tell us about a teacher you admire the most? What makes that teacher so special?
These were the actual questions:
Vid qs 1: Tell us about a time when working in a team, not everyone agreed with your decision. What did you do, and how was the experience?
Vid qs 2: Please elaborate on the situation when you had to work under a tight timeline. How did you overcome that, and what was the outcome?
Written qs - Please tell us about a time when you blamed someone and later found out that it was not their mistake. What did you do?

once you log in, you will have two practice questions which you can record and re-record indefinitely and view yourself answering. You won't be able to view the final answer that the committee is going to see. The questions are not very related to usual MBA essay questions. They are everyday behavioral questions, half your behavior at work (very general behavior, could be asked of a doctor and a car mechanic alike) and half personal behavior: your dreams, aspirations, creativity, role-models, influences...

The video questions were not very complex. You generally will get behavioral questions such as, what would you do if you are faced with a particular XYZ situation in office, how would you chose your group members as a leader etc.
You need not stress about it. My advise to you would be: after listening to the video question, take a deep breath, understand each word of the question, in your mind frame an answer that attends to all the aspects of the video essay question. It is important that you tackle each part of the essay question. For eg: If there is a question, which asks 'How would you chose your team members and why', then ensure that you have answered the 'How' as well as the 'why'. Plan your response so that you get time to answer both, the 'How' and 'why'.
If I recollect rightly, you get 30 seconds after you hear the question to form an answer and speak in front of the camera. While I agree that during such anxious moments 30 seconds are too less, 30 seconds are long enough to gather your thoughts and may be scribble couple of words in your notepad. Be rest assured that the text of the video question will still be flashing on the screen all throughout your video interview.

About the written essay question. A business setting questions such as "Have you ever blamed someone for something and then realized that you were wrong? What did you learn from that experience?" You have 5 minutes to finish it.

Hello, everyone, I am wondering how many words I should write for Kira written essay. Any one can give me an advice?
I think given the time limit, you would be better off with anywhere between 80-120 words. But importantly, give yourself time to spell check. Now that's my opinion, others can weigh in too. Make sure you have time to spell-check. And most importantly stick to the question. Don’t start way off....
Are the Schulich video essay and timed written questions similar to this list for Rotman?
No, Schulich’s questions tend to be more related to the cases in your professional setting.

The written one was about volunteer work experiences and what did I learn from them.
What were the questions asked in your 2 video essays?
Just keep ready a few incidents from your academic and professional life. Some from your volunteer work too. The questions will revolve around them. Also, check the KIRA interview questions compilation on GMAT club

I completed my KIRA questions for Schulich today. So posting my experience and questions for reference. 
In the application only, you have to complete KIRA questions. A separate link will NOT be shared over the email! You can do an unlimited practice of questions after registering on the KIRA platform.
For 2 video essays, you will get 45 sec to prepare and 1 min 30 sec to speak.
For 1 timed written essay, 5 min to complete it.
These were the practice questions:
Vid qs 1: If you found out that your classmate was cheating on a test, what would you do?
Vid qs 2: If you have to share a lunch with one person, who would that be and why?
Vid qs 3: If you have one superpower, what would that be and why?
