Male, 25+, from country where average monthly wage is $141, unemployment, civil war, nepotism in jobmarket and other sh*t
Born in a very **** slumdogs family, it whould be much better if it never existed at all
So in trying to get my ass out of this sh*t, I decided to try to score high on GMAT and move.
Received 680 and shocked not only by the score, but also by questions that were strange as hell.
Math 49
- failed at the beginning and as a consequence solved during test only kindergarden-level problems
- questions were different from what I have ever solved, very vierd
Verbal 34
- for me it was like choosing from the same options, seems like there were no difference at all whether in rc or sc. Cr where not hard (probably)
Timing was awful, not enough time at all. I just was not able to read the question, but question should be analized and checked again and eliminated....
So I think that one should read fast and get every thought instantly
So what I want is help in following
- please tell me that I am not a stupid asshole that deserves nothing except extreme poverty
- tell me is it possible that 680 is a max score that I can get because poor genetic heritage
- suggest your view how can I improve to 750+, any thoughts whould be helpful
- maybe GMAT is not for me and I should try LSAT?
Once again want to say that math questions were vierd and verbal options were kind of the same

Is it your first attempt.
680 is not bad if it is your first attempt. It is around 85-90 percentile.
You can see here in GMATClub, many guys have scored 700-760 in their 3rd or 4th attempt. Very few can score above 700 in first attempt.
So, learn from your mistake and give it another shot.

If earning money is only aim, even for 680 you can get descent college and descent job.

There is nothing like poor or rich genetic heritage. According to new studies, people all over world same almost same genes.

Analyze your strengths and weaknesses. There are few prep courses who guarantee 4-7 points improvement.

Don't know much about LSAT.

A 680 is a great score (it's just shy of the 90th percentile), so you've done well. With that score, you can comfortably apply to most Schools, so it's now a matter of defining what YOU want to do with your career and find the Schools that best match that goal (and you might also be eligible for Scholarships at certain Programs, so you should research those options too).
