I received my interview invite on October 29th - I believe that's when all the SF interviews were sent out. The interview lasted for 45 minutes. I was not asked any questions on why MIT, it was purely behavioral, 3-4 questions that started with "Tell me about a time when..."
But it varies from interviewer and interviewer - I read from past reports where no behavioral questions were asked, but a lot of questions around Why MIT, why MBA? You just need to know your stories through and through.
