No news either and I am based in Canada (East). Everyone should expect these calls to go until EoD 5-6pm EST. Some people may not even get calls, only an email with the offer. Seems that calls have gone by geography so far, but could be pure speculation.
Using this as a basis to stay calm! Otherwise, it can be a psychological drain..

!I'm not sure. Its possible some fellowships are awarded post decision, and not at the time of notification. With an applicant profile that gained you admissions to HBS , i'd be surprised if they didn't offer you some incentive.
