Quick question: Does Stern offer some leeway in terms of recommenders making late submission? One of my recommenders might not be able to finish his recommendation till tomorrow (the other one has already submitted his a week back).

Adcom said Dec 15 is just a final deadline for interviews, and that they will send out invites long before that.

According to the info session I went to, they commit to tell you something by the initial notification date. IE, if your file is complete by October 15th, they will tell you interview/waitlist/deny on or before December 15th. They will reach out to you for an interview at any point up to that date. According to this forum, they typically reach a decision 1-3 weeks after your interview. Check the previous "calling all applicants" threads if you want to see what other people's timelines were like.
