(3pie / 30) * 360 = 36pie

Area = 36 pie

\(pie * r^2 = 36 pie\)

r = 6.

B is the correct answer.

This is an easy one ans 30/360 =1/12 so the arc represents one twelfth of the of the area.

Area of a sector of cricle with angle 30 is given by

Since the shaded region is 30/360, or 1/12 of the circle, the area of the entire circle is 12 x 3π = 36π. So the radius is 6.

Answer: B
