Guys- can we expect a lot of questions from the resume (like detailed questions) or is it an even balance between Why Mba, LBS, now? leadership examples, international experiences, clubs that you want to contribute to, changes made in your career and decision reasoning behind that, etc.

It really depends on where the interviewer wants to take it - mine didn't ask for a walk through of my resume but rather we talked generally about my international experience, and then sort of just talked about goals, leadership and the LBS programme. From what I can tell no two interviews are the same so you need to be ready to answer a broad range of questions.

NikkiMBA, I will advise you to be prepared for
1. The conventional Qs like Why MBA, now, LBS etc.
2. Any thing that you think is unique in your application like some unique leadership/international experiences etc.

There are two types of Qs that are asked by the interviewer. First, the questions that the interviewer wants to ask and second is what adcom wants the interviewer to ask you.

Just completed my interview- I haven't ever interviewed with an Alum , but I find them way more nicer and friendlier than adcom and 2nd years. I have to admit, this is the truly the first school that I really learned from the experiences of someone else who had gone through the program. Maybe the 30 min on-campus interviews are just not time-permitting to have an engaging conversation. This was definitely an interview experience I enjoyed. Good luck everyone!!

I'm a firm proponent of alum interviews. I think alumni esp those who have a similar background to you are able to assess you in the context of their experiences within the school and how you will fit in. Good luck.

Edit: Found it. It was in the email that the admission office rep sent out to schedule the interview.
"You will receive a final decision by email by midnight GMT on 25 March."

There's no policy...I had 6 interviews during this application season. Sent thank you mails to everyone - got replies from half of them, nothing from the rest. Don't read into it too much :)

My interview mail mentions midnight 25 March. Historically decisions are released on the same day. I assume it will be on 24th. 25th may be a typo. any suggestions.

All- I emailed my interview coordinator to find out the date when the decisions will be available. The coordinator noted that decisions will be out on March 24th GMT. Hope that helps clarify.
