Choose E

economical and economic are both different words. In this case economic is the subject as is political. so eliminate A, B, and C

between D and E, choose the later. E is perfect

D- use of being

go for E.

What is consideration: the supply itself or the fact that supply is finite? I guess the last one. E says the same.

economic - related to economy e.g. economic growth or economic factors

economical - thrifty e.g. we can say an economical car uses less gas.
