The table basically gives details on the livestock auctioned.

Table has two main divisions in each livestock.
First is the revenue received through auction: This is further sub divided into state share as % and a rank. State share means if 100% was total revenue, then the share by Maple county is 31% for chickens and 2 in rank, so there is some other county that has more share, that is more than 31%. Similarly for second part that speaks of numbers sold.

Poorly written as there shiuld have been some description of table, merely giving a table may not be sufficient. However, the point in the entire table is that you cannot compare a particular livestock with another livestock as you are not aware of the actual revenue or numbers. So, you cannot compare any two livestocks on the basis of the numeric values.
