Has anyone got admit within last few days.....?

I had my skype Interview 15 days back, and still have not heard anything regarding the results...!!

Hey,

The admission committee meets once every two weeks to discuss the candidates. I am guessing you will be hearing from the adcom in the next week if they have any positive news to share with you! All the best!

where do I need to check the application status online? An Email with application status went to my Spam folder and Just as I hit the delete button, the email caught my eye :(

Hey Guys,

Applicant from India here. Got an admit letter last night but no mention of the scholarship/assistanship. :(

Can anyone please update if you received the scholarship offer with the admissions package?

I have to take/leave depending on the Scholarship amount, as the other admit I have includes a generous scholarship.

Also is there a Facebook/Whatsapp group? Lets start one if there isnt.

Hello friends,

I think I will apply in the next season, today I took my gmat exam, got 650.
I will be very grateful if some of you can guide me and help me sail through.
I am looking for a berth in Tippie (Money matters ;-) )
Seeking financial aid, which is Tippie's USP.

My Profile:

Nationality-Indian
UG- Civil Engineering
College- Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra
CGPA- 7.88
Profession- Structural Design Engineer, Larsen & Toubro, Power
Work Ex- 4 Years (3 + 1 year International Exp in United States)
Good Reco - Project Manager (United States, strong) and Lead Supervisor (India, Strong)
Other Extra Curricular are good enough (I guess ;-))

Hope you are doing well.

I think you have a really strong profile for Tippie MBA.

When I had the interview, they told that the two most important two aspects they look are:

1. GMAT Score (this is its first filter)
2. Work experience. (An advice is that you work really hard in your resume - search in google for MBA RESUME TEMPLATES)
3. Focus also in your extracurricular activities... if you want to impress them you need to prove that you are going to be valuable for the program. Due community service from now, start projects, join clubs, help people...

Hope these tips can help you!
