Admitted through one-and-done event with a very generous scholarship!!
Who already decided to enroll from the admitted applicants?


Guys i have 6 years of excellent work ex in operations (IT part) ,very good co curriculars and community involvement.I havealready got an app waiver from tippie already.However my GMAT is 680.Considering that Tippie gives affordable scholarships to people above GMAT 700, is there anyone with gmat around 680-690 who got in with a good scholarship?I very interested to attend tippie if given an opportunity

Hi

I got an admit to Tippie with GMAT score of 690 and WP of 3 years. But i have been placed on wait list for financial aid . They will let me know about it in early summer as the admit letter said. Not sure if i will get the aid.

How are you writing the admission essay? Can anyone please provide the essay analysis?

Do we have to write the scholarship statement as well?

You can also share the code with 5 other people so they can use the same code and apply without essays! Hey buddy,

680 is good enough for a scholarship consideration. However, the amount would probably depend on a holistic view of your application. Factors such as GPA, work exp, leadership exp, volunteer/extra curricular, career goals, essays, interview to name a few. Start working on your essays and try to gain more insights about the Tippie program.

How did you get the app waiver, would you mind sharing else you can pm me :wink:

Hi Guys,

Planning to apply to Tippie... Since admission process is rolling, I am planning to get my app in asap.

However, I was concerned that the class size is very small and I am not sure if all the seats are already filled up...

Is it still alright to apply?

I guess it is not required in my case i reported my official scores after the admission process. But i applied through one and done process.
Please check on the website i guess it is mentioned there that scaned copies are enough at the time of applying.

I have been wait-listed for the program.
It's written that I should contact the adcom if I need to review or remove my waitlist status.
Any pointers as to what I can do to make my candidacy stronger?

PS: Any idea how the waitlist moves at Tippie or how many waitlists were doled out last year? Is there a chance of the WL status getting upgraded to Admitted?

Hi Fellow applicants,

I did the Skype session with Lydia Fine yesterday. It was a very useful session. She discussed my profile and also suggested where I can improve. This kind of help from schools is rare. This was very helpful. I felt this stressful business school application process got a little less stressful. Really liked what the school has to offer. Thinking of applying. And the icing no the cake? My application fee waived :)

I would really suggest doing this Skype sessions if you are interested in the school.
