Hello,

I want to send my application for Cornell second round. I´m afraid about my TOEFL score.

I got 100, but I did not get 25 in writing as Cornell demands as minimum score.

Does anyone know someone that was accepted with less than 25 in writing?

My others score - R/27 - L/27 - S/24 - W/22

Thank you

Johnson requires that you have a minimum of 25 in each sections. Did you read/review their requirements? Your Speaking and Writing are not hitting the mark and you got just barely enough - 100.

I am afraid you will have to retake. TOEFL is not an achievement test but rather a proficiency and you have to hit the minimum score (pass/fail) type of thing. By accepting you with a sub-par test score, Johnson would be violating their own requirements. Why would they write the requirements then?

Totally agree with bb. Genrally BS are rigid in their requirements. Cornell (for personal experience) even more than the others

I believe you are going for a re-take.
FYI, you can find some incredibly resourceful topics on writing/speaking sections on this forum. I didn't spend more than few hours on preparations for W/S, and I got S-27, W-28.
