I finally decided to embark on getting a second MBA degree. I would prefer it to be an International one, and Rotterdam is at the top of my list because of its affordability and overall positive feedback I have collated.
Though I am still a little torn -
Number 1: I am 30, will be 31 in the next 4 months. Will age be an inhibitor?
Number 2: Is it too late for me to start preparing for GMAT and work for the 2021 intake? If I try for 2022, will age again be a factor?
Also your input on my chances will be appreciated
Profile:
4+ years of advisory and consulting experience with global companies and global stakeholders (firm called Everest Group). Little international travel to speak of. I have been at a managerial position for almost a year now.
MBA from a Top-5 B-school in India
2 years - Software Engineer, Infosys
Engineering degree - nondescript university

Happy to see you considering RSM for your next career move.
My advice would be, please get in touch with Admission Officer(AO) Asia & Oceania asap. Share your story and they would be happy to assist you further.
To address your concerns, RSM has specifically mentioned about getting 2nd MBA and age factor in their Admission FAQs. Please check them on RSM website.
Do not bother yourself with your age for this year or next year. I'm older than you and been accepted and I saw people in RSM with 37 and above. You must care about your GMAT score as you come from competitive pool. I saw Indiana with around 670 and higher.

2. When are you planning to give GMAT? You still have time to apply for 2021 intake. For an international applicant, you still have time to submit an application. See the deadline https://www.rsm.nl/mba/international-fu ... n-process/
