there are total seven teams and WN RN got in. now if TN doesnt then SN also will not play. So TN and SN out and we are left with 5 teams only and we need to have 6 teams therefore TN is must.

We know that If WN is participating, then it must be true that RN is the host. But it is not mentioned anywhere that host will participate. It should say that "A host must participate"

UN will not participate if either VN or WN does--> We know that WN is participating (assuming as per the question) so UN will not participate. (Must not participate = UN)

SN will participate only if TN does.--> We can't say that SN must participate or else TN must participate too and there will be 2 correct choices for must participate.

WN will not participate unless the tournament is held in RN. --> Tournament is held in RN 
We are left with a Few uncertain choices here.. can QN participate if the tournament is not held in QN (may or may not)
What if TN participates? no condition says that if TN participates SN has to.
