The problem with option A is that the parallelism is incorrect. "Is sold in not only A, but it is also  available ". 'Sold' should be parallel to 'available', with the verb 'is' in common.

So, we need to look for the sentence structure (ideally): "alloy is not only sold A, but also available"

Let's check out the other options:

Two things are wrong here: There's no FANBOYS connector word in between the two clauses, and "as well" is redundant. Hence, incorrect.

The verb 'is' is not common here, so the latter part becomes "Ally available", thereby lacking a verb.

This is the worst option because both the subject and the verb are taken inside the 'not only' bracket. A big no to this option.

This is the option we're left with. But also, this is the option we were looking for before going for the option analysis.
