Congratulations on all those who have recently been admitted! We have a discussion board going in a different thread with some FAQs going back and forth as well as a facebook group recently established. For everyone who is still waiting, hang in there, don't get stressed out that day x means you must get be getting a ding, no news is good (albeit frustrating) news at this point. If anyone has any questions about the process please let me know and I will do my best to answer them.
Funny thing was that I got an email from CBS today asking me to call them. So for those of you waiting, don't let your heart sink if you get an email from somebody in the admissions office wanting to "reach out to you regarding your application."

Thanks! 700 (Q44 V41)/ 3.54 from decently ranked liberal arts college/work experience is non-traditional/ decent extracurriculars/ white male
I think the non-traditional work experience was a big help for me and my otherwise modest profile.

Sure.
Undergrad: top tier in China. Social science Grad: top 30 in the US. Finance GRE: 1530 WE: 1 Year investment management in China, 2.5 years corporate finance in the US.
During my interview, the interviewer kept saying that my background can add diversity to the CBS community as most people are from banking/consulting background. I think CBS is trying to recruit people with various industry experience to enrich the community.
