No, I think its a rolling process. So there is no set date as to when they will let you know. They will however let you know before the deadline that they stated

Applying in Round 2 is sufficient, but I didn't get any scholarship information in my admit packet either... I'm going to call tomorrow and act oblivious, asking when we find out about scholarships. I really hope we could find out later, without any help to Marshall I can't go. i'll keep you guys updated on what the admissions office says!

I believe applying in round 2 was sufficient. I did not fill out any special forms and have not yet completed my FAFSA.

However, I have heard that Marshall does award a lot of need based financial aid grants via the FAFSA process. So if you haven't received a fellowship, all is not lost in terms of attaining free funds to help ease the cost of attendance. I might reach out to the financial aid office to learn more. I will be completing my own FAFSA shortly as well for student loans.
