Hi all,
Here's my interview debrief.
Interview started with a description of the process and introduction. Then he said before we come to the resume,
tell me something about yourself ( He specifically prompted what he wants to know). I started with where I live , Who my parents where ,etc etc....and then involuntarily launched into my career story! When I was done, he said , he would like to go back a few steps and come back to
how I wanted to become an architect when my parents were doctors....(so personal stuff..). Then
Why MBA? Stopped me in the middle of my prepared answer and asked me a few questions about
feasibility of goal, target industry region, etc (very relevant to my specific profile I must say).....Asked a few questions
about my current company, do I work in teams, how big are the projects, how many projects, etc..Then he asked w
hat I was doing at office right now and
what I did in my free time. A few follow up questions here and there.
What schools did I apply to and what is my application status at those schools? After that he explained the post MBA app process and then he wanted to hear
my questions about Mays. Done.
