Congrats on your interview invite.
1) I am not sure about in-person interview. I had my interview on Skype. I can surely find that out and let you know by tomorrow.
2) Interview was very straight forward. Standard questions - Why MBA, Why Merage, Long-term and Short-Term Goals, Backup plan, Target Companies, How your experience is linked to your goals, Strengths / Weaknesses, Questions based on work experience / leadership experience.
3) Doesn't matter much whether the interview is blind / non-blind. But from my experience, I think it was non-blind. Give your best shot at it. Prepare well and be relaxed. Don't bother about all this.

Invited to interview. 
UCI is very punctual.
App completed on 12th and review done by third week!
souvilibra, where did you find the 5th and 13 dec dates for in-person interview in India? In 'In-person' interview, they don't mention it.

What is the exact time deadline for R2?..Is it 12 PM CST or else?

Not sure, but doesn't matter. Merage does rolling admissions so just turn it in when you are ready because they evaluate the applications as they get them.
