Reasoning:Patriarchal in nature complementing tribes so C,D are out. A,B,E remains. B & E are out because society is not adhering its tribes who are.

The clause 'patriarchal in nature' modifies the 'tribal societies'. So the underlined portion must begin with 'tribal societies.

Option C and D are out.
Option E is listing the character of the nature of the tribal society which is not the intended meaning.

Per the intended meaning, the tribes have a traditional structure and they strictly adhere to the traditional structure.

Thus Option B perfectly fits the bet.
