I wonder how many of us who applied have been shortlisted.

Generally the calls are rolled out on a city basis. Find out whether the interview calls have been rolled out for your city. If yes, and if you still haven't got a mail, then you are rejected.

Hey ! I'm also an applicant from Delhi. I don't think they've started calling out Delhi applicants yet because I just logged into the online portal and it's showing shortlisted for final stage and that the interview date will be communicated,once scheduled.No mail yet.

So I believe the Delhi calls have also been rolled out. I have got a few calls from the Delhi-based applicants who have their interviews on 3rd or 4th October.

Getting a few common questions on the interview pattern and how to prepare:
1) Do a holistic market research about the projects/internships/career goals you have mentioned.
2) Back your statements by facts
3) Demographics of India (and your state)
4) Rough business model if you are mentioned entrepreneurial aspirations in your essays
5) Layman explanation of your projects and ideas
6) Be as specific as possible with the career goals - if you are mentioning consultancy, then what kind of consultancy role are you looking for and so?

My interview is scheduled on 14 Oct. I just wanted to know, how deep knowledge of a particular academic subject from the under graduation is required. (in my case Electrical Engg )

Hi haritpathak, from what I have understood about Deferred Admission programs is that if they see even the slightest chance that you can re-apply, they do not take you in. Your profile 'sounds' amazing, and perhaps they screen pre-final year applicants with a much stricter eye.

I believe your chances of getting admitted/the interview call with the same essays (but with a 710?) will radically increase.
