A.establish characteristic and hallmark which include not about events/activities in the past.
B.establish characteristics and hallmarks which include same as A; the only difference being singular vs. plural
C.established characteristics and hallmarks which included both in the past tense. Correct.
D.established characteristics and hallmarks which includes Similar errors as above. Also, characteristics and hallmarks creates a compound subject. Therefore, one should use include
E.established characteristic and hallmark which include not in the past tense.
