The website mentions that the work experience be preferably less than 12 years. Does IIMB have a hard cut off at 12 years?
What is the probability of an interview call and admission for an applicant with 12+ years of experience (say 13 or 14 yrs)?

According to the admissions committee, they do not have hard cut off at 12 yrs. This is based on the information shared in EPGP admissions information session held at IIM Bangalore campus.

However, you should focus on how best to present your profile/SOP to improve your chance of being selected.
