Thank you all for the reply.
I have now submitted my application with the additional essay.
I was able to put up a decent write up.
Now just waiting for the results.

One question though, how much weightage adcom gives to the video assessment. I dont think I did very good on it ?

All the best antartican. Well, we didn't have video interviews during our application stages. But one thing I can say for sure, Oxford is well known for judging applicants on their total profile. I believe you must have presented your motivation to join Oxford in your applications well. So, keep your hopes high! Cheers,
