I am on the same boat, but I have also seen a previous intake where the offers (excl. early requests) were released starting from Wednesday.

Just got my final decision from my AO by phone. And it's a YES! My AO is AN She was super nice on the phone! She also told me that the organization at the school was sort of chaotic lately, all the AO were still working from home and she was on the campus today to make some phone calls to candidates! Best of luck to everyone still waiting:)
