A person I know received a call last Friday informing him he was admitted. He is from Spain, no idea about the AO.

May I ask if this was July 10th or 17th?

Is there any information on how many people have already been offered a place in the class? I wonder if the school is still holding true to keeping offer rates constant across R1 through R3.

From the very few sample size here, it is my understanding that this R2 less people were invited to interview than previous rounds. I am not even sure how many of those will be accepted. Post interview invite acceptance rates are high but you never know. There are a lot of unknowns now either everything that’s going on.

Thanks, meme2019. I am on the waitlist for Ross, and they have a Slack group that offers some indication of the total number of accepted students. I'm sure there must be a similar platform for INSEAD as well. It would be really helpful if someone who has made it to the other end could give us a hint here. Good luck to everyone waiting on their interview and post-interview decisions!

I heard of an accepted wasaaaapppp group for the January 21 intake but I have not seen the link. I read somewhere on here that they already had like 200/300 something students in the class. Did you apply in R3?

Oh, wow. 200-300 in R1 alone definitely doesn't leave a lot of spaces for the rest of us. I hope the school makes adjustments to ensure equal opportunity for applicants across all rounds. Yes, I applied in R3.

I agree. There was a debate here at some point that INSEAD should have informed all applicants ahead of time of the big increase in deferrals. We shall see what happens. I also read that the total applications increased a lot in R2 given the visa situation in the US.

I was referring to students who had deferred from this September intake along with the newly accepted R1 admits.

Well guys, I will not be competitive for R2....

Got COVID, was in hospital bed for 1 month, got discharged on the 19th and took the GMAT right away because I was scared to miss the July 20th deadline. Got a whooping 600.

Will probably get my ding soon, and will definitely reapply :) Best of luck to everyone else.

Good luck to all the R2 waiting to hear.

When is everyone's best guess as to earliest we can reasonably expect to hear Interview Invites back from?
(I get 31st July is the last notification date).

Also do we normally get an email to say all is in order with our app file in advance of an interview decision? Or do they only contact us if something is missing?

Many thank!

I received an email early on from the Admissions person from my region saying that she had received my application and letting me know she would be my point of contact.
Have you heard from them since you applied?

Has anyone got a call since yesterday?

I heard most of the calls take place 4-5 days before the deadlines?

I haven't see any updates on the decision tracker/clearadmit. Really hoping to get a call today! It would be fantastic to have some sense of closure...

Has anyone got any call/email yet? I am finding it quite surprising that no admittance letters have been rolled out yet (except for the early requesters)
