Hi, i heard the online gmat exam, although allow once, it won't be counted in the 5 times yearly/8 times lifetime limits, is that true?

Retesting
At this time the GMAT™ Online exam can only be taken once. Currently, score cancellations and retakes will not be available, with the exception of verified technical issues.
The GMAT™ Online Exam will not count toward your yearly nor lifetime exam attempt limits.

I’m sorry about your situation. I think your only option is to travel if that’s possible or to wait for the test centers to open in your country.... sorry.
There are schools that are offering admission without standardized test scores but most of them are really only open for domestic applicants who would not be requiring a lengthy visa process.
