Hey Tanyaahmed,
A proper evaluation requires an understanding of your extracurricular, Academics and professional exploits. We will need details on the same to give you a comprehensive evaluation. I would try to evaluate the profile with the present information.
The CFA helps, it shows that you have a strong orientation towards finance. I see you have only one internship, so I would suggest complementing the CFA with one more internship in the financial field to really showcase a strong understanding of the same.
The fact that you have worked with your family business is something interesting, because you can talk about how you have done internships there or how you helped him grow the business on the finance side or the marketing side, depending on which program you are targeting.
I would suggest you to target a GMAT anything above a 700 as the school that you are targeting are pretty competitive with a strong application and early application can help you get admit into most of them.
All the schools you have mentioned : To help you give a better context, here is bifurcation for the same
Competitive : RSM, Bocconi, ESSEC, Warwick and LSE.
LSE and Warwick are more strict about the GPA, so make sure you a GPA well above 7.5 at least
As for the Jobs well don't worry about it, you will get abundant of opportunities, but yes competition is there and you need to work for it. All the schools you are targeting are in the top 5 of their particular country, if you stick to that getting a job won't be an issue.

Hey Matt1870,
Well you have a pretty strong profile. The GMAT of 770 is great, congratulations on that. Also, your GPA of 3.8 is pretty strong. These both can act as a bedrock for an application. That said Nottingham is not one of the Tier 1 schools so you would have to make up for that, maybe talking about how you have been one of the best students there, you have done projects and taken part in initiatives both academically and on the extracurricular too.
Your work experience seems fine, Working as a Financial Analyst & Management accounting intern would be an add-on to your profile if properly explained. Make sure to highlight the kind of projects you have worked with, impacts created and how you have grown an understanding towards finance during your work period.
You are lacking any name brand in your work experience, but that can be offset by work projects and work done.
As for the volunteering part, you would need to go a bit deeper into your participation here, talk about how you have gone above and beyond and created value for the college by leading teams or mentoring others.
The same would apply to your sports extracurricular, not just the participation but how they have helped cultivate your skills and how you have gone above and beyond you can show that you created some positive impact via it, on yourself or on your surroundings.
As a final verdict, I would say you have a great GPA and GMAT, a strong understanding of finance but you lack brand names in the internships and the college rank is something you would need to cover up for.
As for your targeted schools, to help you give a better context, here is bifurcation for the same
Dream : HEC
Competitive : ESSEC
& SKEMA would be a safe school.
I would suggest adding a few more schools and programs to the list like : LBS, LSE, Oxford, IE and INSEAD
