IMO, they will use their scoring system to send out admits irrespective of which round u r from. So a R3 WL may convert to admit but an R1 WL may still b rejected.

But they have said that all R1 WL candidates will receive the decision by 20th April and for R2 that’s 15th May

So all WL candidates aren’t getting compared with the same group.

ya but many of r1 WL will still end in rejects and R2 will still have admits

There are 99 people listed on GMATclub itself in this year's waitlist. How bleak are chances for R3? Very bleak. Now I regret applying in R3.

Is it fair to assume that only communication for WAITLIST has been sent out by ISB and ACCEPTS/ REJECTS are yet to be communicated?
