I had my interview with ESADE a week ago, and they have reverted back to me with a 'waitlist'. Could anyone please help me out with the next step here, for I am looking at ESADE as my top pick. The interviewer responded positively to my profile and our conversation. Statistically speaking, my chances to get in seem diminished, though. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Congratulations on the admission. You can check the ESADE Master's forum at the following link If you don't find a topic related to MSc in Business Analytics, you can start one too. Let me know if you need any help
I had interviewed with ESADE back in December and they had put me in the waitlist too. The interview had gone pretty well and so the waitlist did come as a surprise to me.
The committee had mentioned that they evaluate applications on the fourth Monday of every month and the roll out the results. However with respect to the waitlisted applications, it usually moves when the offered applicants reject the offers and then update the movement on the waitlist.
Earlier this week, I had received a communication where they had mentioned that I can opt out of the waitlist if in case I have been admitted anywhere else.
I wanted to understand if you folks have also received similar mails from the committee.
Hi himcha1, I was waitlisted on 8th Feb and got my final admit on 26th Feb so I haven't received any such email. I'd suggest you to speak to the AdCom and get a clear understanding on the movement of the waitlist and on your chances. Hope this helps. Good luck to you!

Hi, Due to my application delays, I completed my application 2 weeks back. I was interviewed last Monday (19/4). I have told by the ad-com that the seats are nearly full and for the ones which aren't full, they have already sent out admission letters and they are waiting on the applicants to respond. I was also informed that for all the forth coming admissions/interviews their response is going to be either waitlisted or rejected. The were quite keen on knowing my scholarships from other schools and my decision if at all I am given an offer. (somehow this topic was discussed in the interview for over 8-10 mins).
I have a question, I have to submit my GMAT in a few days, yesterday on my application there were both GMAT and Interview invitations in red (as not complete yet), but today there is only the GMAT while the Interview invitation section is missing.
