Guys can anyone syggest how to best reduce the problem of gap years. I had 3 gap years in my life. As i had to devote full time to civil service preparation??

My question is how can I show to panel that I was not wasting all of it & that I gained something out even if I have nothing certifiable to show. (it is some informal work & projects btw.)

Is it normal to have the Application status for documents in - REQUIRED state?

I know that they manually update it, but it's been more than a month- I applied on JAN 13 so was expecting my documents part to be in COMPLETED status.
Can anyone please share if your application status for documents is now in COMPLETED status or REQUIRED status?

I did the interview on Jan 21. But I did not know my reference did not submit until last week the administration staff contacted me to ask the reference. Then I have to find the other professor to do it for me. She submitted last Friday. But until now no any update

Don't worry, the status shows "required" even after you receive an offer.

From the decision tracker, I see a reject on Feb 26th. That is the only latest update I see. Did you interview at DeGroote?

I applied for the FT program in round 2 and have not heard back yet. I can't find the answer to your question. However, if you go to DeGrootes MBA page, it says that shortlisted "co-op" MBA candidates will be invited for an interview.

I am assuming that the KIRA assessment is enough for the FT program.

I am in a similar situation. Applied for round 2 FT, but haven't heard anything after the KIRA assessment. I took the KIRA on 27th Jan.

Can you tell me what questions you go in your KIRA interview? Also, is KIRA interview a part of the application, or a separate KIRA interview invite was sent out after they analyzed your application?

I submitted my application first and then within 2~3 days I received an email invite for the KIRA interview. Although it is a part of the application but they send out the KIRA interview invite after you submit the application. Is it different for co-op program?

My KIRA assessment questions were -

1). Why MBA and why Degroote? What are your career aspiration?
2). Describe any community service activities that you have been part of?
3). Describe a challenging situation that you faced? How did you cope with it? and how would you do things differently?

There was one more question which I cannot recall. In addition, there was one written question as follows

How do you manage stress? Share with us your best practices for stress management ?
