Hi everyone, As I have finally accepted the offer, I just wanted to thank Preppie for all the insights they have given for the interview. I know that I have been waitlisted but I can definitely say that I have performed a lot better in the interview than what I had expected when I received the interview call. I took help from my manager as well, which definitely helped but it will be really unfair if I don’t give credits to Preppie. They have given me a completely different perspective of my profile, which prepared me for the unexpected questions. Having a different perspective, that too from ISB alumni, is always an advantage. They helped me understand the process, the kind of questions to expect, what are my weak areas and how to work on them. I could perform a lot better with all the guidance they have given me. And if there is anyone who is planning to apply for ISB next year and are looking for some kind of help with their application process and with the interview, then I suggest you to get in touch with them. Unless there is a very strong reason to decline, I would suggest that you accept the offer. Having gone thru the grind, you are well aware of the inherent uncertainties of the process.

guys i made my account in ISB portal for 2022 intake and the essays are same as that of last year does that mean there are no changes in essay

What were the essays.. kindly give some insights

topic 1- Describe with examples the most important personal quality that you possess, which significantly enhances your prospects of being successful as a leader? topic 2- What are your short term and long term career goals? How will Post Graduate Program at ISB assist you in achieving your goals?

I had made an account for 2021 intake but did not really applied then, now do I have to create an account again to get the 2022 intake details as I could only see "Admissions closed for PGP 2021-22"?
