Hi all. As the essays are the same as for the last year. I wonder how the reapplicants will approach the essays this year!! Any idea guys

In general, you shouldn’t just copy-paste the essays. In the repplicant essay, the major focus should be on a) what you did to seek feedback / what you think were the reasons for rejection and b) how you’ve worked upon them.
For the first two essays, the theme / traits / goals can be similar in case nothing has changed, especially if you applied in R3 and are now in R1. You may want to look at structuring them in a different fashion once you introspect.
