Hello applicants, I am an INSEAD alum who graduated in July 2021 (Class of 21J). I got accepted in round 2 (730 GMAT - Tech background - woman - 4 years of experience), with a scholarship of EUR50k, and am starting work next year (January 2022) at McKinsey & Company as an Associate. Hey, everyone! How are you? My recommender received the e-mail from INSEAD and he said there are 5 questions to answer, but he doesn't know the min/max and average size for the answer. Do you know the recommended size for each question for recommenders? Thank you!

I think there intentionally isn't one, but if all other letters of recommendation for M7 etc are to go by the documents tend to be roughly 1000 words. So I would ballpark roughly 200 words for each.
