* To be considered within your selected round, you must submit your application by the designated Application Deadline. Your video questions, behavioral assessment, and recommendations are due by the Post-Submission Materials Deadline, a few days after the Application Deadline.

Jan 10th is the deadline

Guys is there some kind of a penalty if you complete the behavioral assesment test in more than 20-25 minutes? It took me 35 minutes and I was wondering whether adcom sees the time that it took the candidate to complete the assignment.

Did anybody actually enjoy this aspect of the application? I found some of the options given disturbing like you either had to choose whether you suck at your work or people should not mess with you because you are hot tempered ... I hope it doesn't have a great value , even if you want to be 100% honest some options are just puzzling I still remember the one that said about "...people are playing with fire when they annoy you...." and I chose this because the other option was just downgrading your mental capabilities or something.

True, I believe there are set parameters they want to rank the candidate on, just to check the culture fit maybe??
